*They personally come to the station because we didn’t accept text messages and calls

*Almost everyday we use phone because it is very necessary in our business.

*There’s no yet internet connection in our business but we are planning to have it soon.
4.Does your business have a website? If yes, how does it help the company? If no, would you consider having one in the future? Why or why not.
*Yes, there’s already a website. This is a great help to the company because through with this the customer were able to check about the business.
5.Would you consider giving free wifi access in the future? If you already have it, does it help boost sales.
*We have no plan about that because I think it is not necessarily to have a free Wi-Fi access in our business.
